Curt has experience performing studies, design and construction oversight of water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure. As Hazen’s Arizona Operations Manager, he is responsible for project delivery and overall client service throughout the state. Curt has a strong track record in developing and managing schedules, budgets, technical work products, document control systems, contract procurement activities, and progress reporting.
