Cindy Miller, PE

Cindy serves as the Operations Manager for Hazen's Irvine, California office. She is experienced in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment. Her work has included project and program management for the Chino Basin Desalter Authority, the City of Beverly Hills, the Irvine Ranch Water District, and the Mojave Water Agency. Cindy has a broad background in leading water supply planning and design projects.
