Chris has extensive experience in the technical and policy aspects of water quality, research, treatment, and regulatory compliance, working both at water utilities and as a consulting engineer. Her research work has advanced the science of both potable reuse and of removing emerging contaminants. Chris is active in regulatory issues at the state and federal levels, promoting utility concerns and science-based decisions.
