Bill is a nationally respected water supply and treatment expert. He has consulted for some of the largest utilities in the country on a variety of water quality and treatment process issues. In addition to his duties at Hazen, Bill serves as a technical peer reviewer for AWWA and the International Water Association. He has also authored more than 200 technical presentation and publications and directed several Water Research Foundation projects.
