Tony's experience includes conducting preliminary design, detailed design, and construction management for both new construction and rehabilitation/upgrades for treatment plants, pump stations, and associated systems of various sizes. He is recognized as an expert in both MBR and construction management and serves as Hazen’s Group Leader for the corporate Construction Management Group and a Group Leader for the Membranes Services Group.
