Andy serves as the Operations Manager for Hazen’s Portland, Oregon office. He has significant experience in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest and is known for his strong client relationships and client-focused project management, ensuring the delivery of highly technical and challenging water projects. Andy has a deep understanding of water and wastewater needs in Oregon and can guide clients through large multi-year infrastructure projects.
