Kevin is the corporate lead of our Operational Technology group. He has decades of experience working with federal, state, and local governments, as well as Fortune 500 companies all over the world. Kevin focuses on helping water, wastewater, and stormwater organizations solve complex operational and asset management challenges through integrated management and technology solutions. He has extensive expertise delivering operational technology and automation projects using a range of delivery models, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build.
