Yoko is a drinking water treatment specialist focused on utilizing data science to tackle the removal of emerging contaminants. Her areas of expertise include the use of machine learning to predict GAC service life for PFAS treatment and water treatment process modeling, as well as data analytics and visualization. Yoko is passionate about using both project work and applied research to help communities improve their drinking water quality and safeguard their public health.
