Yoko Koyama, EIT
Assistant Engineer

Yoko was born and mostly raised in Japan. After graduating high school, she got a BS in Integrated Engineering from Washington and Lee University. Yoko received her master's in Environmental Engineering from NC State, with Dr. Detlef Knappe as her thesis advisor and Dr. Emily Berglund as her co-advisor. She is passionate about helping communities in need to better their drinking water quality and safeguard their public health from hazardous chemical exposure.
