Fred serves as Hazen’s West Region Water Reuse Practice Leader. He has managed projects at all stages of development and has extensive experience leading applied research projects in areas such as direct potable reuse and soil aquifer treatment that have benefited the potable reuse industry. Fred’s proficiency in advanced treatment processes includes membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, and ozonation.
