Andrew serves as the Operations Manager for Hazen’s offices in Knoxville and Chattanooga, Tennessee. His experience includes participating in a variety of water and wastewater infrastructure projects such as program management, wastewater treatment and collection, water treatment and distribution, water modeling, as well as environmental assessments. His duties have included management, design, permitting, construction administration, and inspection.
