(NEW YORK, NY - December 10, 2018) - Hazen and Sawyer, one of the largest engineering firms in the country focused entirely on water, has announced the opening of a new office in Knoxville, TN.
Founded in 1951, Hazen and Sawyer (Hazen) employs more than 1,000 water professionals in nearly 50 offices across the country. This will be the firm’s third office in Tennessee, in addition to locations in Nashville and Chattanooga.
Hazen has been progressively increasing our technical presence in Tennessee, and the Knoxville office is positioned to continue our growth by supporting existing and future clients in East Tennessee. The Knoxville office will be managed by Andrew Howe PE, MBA. For more than 14 years, Mr. Howe has involved in design and management of water, wastewater and stormwater improvement projects in Tennessee.
Hazen works with large and small municipalities to address water supply and water quality challenges with water management solutions tailored to deliver lasting benefits to the communities they serve.
