He is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Throughout his career with Hazen and Sawyer, Hocking has directed several of the firm’s largest wastewater facility projects. Prior to joining Hazen and Sawyer, Hocking worked for another national consulting firm where he managed several wastewater facility projects in Washington State. Hocking served his country in the United States Coast Guard before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle. He is a member of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation.
