Dave Jones Joins Hazen as Los Angeles Operations Manager
(LOS ANGELES, CA – June 12, 2017) – Hazen and Sawyer announced today the appointment of Dave Jones PE as Vice President and Operations Manager of the Firm’s Los Angeles, California office.
Jones has more than 35 years of project and program management experience specializing in stormwater, wastewater, drinking water, recycled water, and solid waste engineering throughout the state of California. For the last 15 years, he has been working directly for the City of Los Angeles on various projects and programs.
“Dave’s combination of market knowledge, reputation, leadership skills, and vision, as well as program expertise and project leadership, are valued assets to municipalities throughout the West,” said Kevin Alexander, Hazen and Sawyer’s Vice President and West Region Manager. “We are excited to have him join the Hazen and Sawyer team.”

Throughout his career, Jones has led strategic business development and client services with a commitment to ensuring the highest quality projects for clients. From conducting pilot studies to managing major, complex projects and programs, he has diverse experience to leverage in helping clients successfully implement solutions within their infrastructure.
Jones received a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern, a MS degree Civil/Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and a MBA from the University of Southern California. He is also a Board Certified Environmental Engineer from the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
