Cindy Miller Named Vice President and Irvine Operations Manager
(IRVINE, CA – April 10, 2017) – Hazen and Sawyer has appointed Cindy Miller, PE Vice President and Operations Manager of the Firm’s Irvine, CA office.
Miller has more than 22 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment projects. Her work has included project and program management for the Chino Basin Desalter Authority, the City of Beverly Hills, Irvine Ranch Water District, Mojave Water Agency and many other California agencies. She has a broad background in leading water supply planning and design projects, including groundwater and surface water supply, conjunctive use, treatment, storage and distribution, and in conducting feasibility/planning studies and alternatives analyses.

Miller received a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Irvine. She is also an active member of several industry associations, including AWWA, WateReuse, and ASCE.
