Prior to his retirement from the client side of the industry, he secured the National Association of Clean Water Association's (NACWA) Platinum Award for the City of Raleigh for 20 years. His expertise ranges from utility management; treatment optimization including biological nutrient removal, biosolids, and regulatory compliance; and operational training.
