Tom is the Operations Manager for Hazen's Birmingham office. He has led and managed studies, design, and construction for large and small water and wastewater projects and managed programs for municipal clients across Alabama and neighboring states. As a Navy Reserve Officer for more than 25 years, Tom understands the importance of resilience and emergency response planning for our nation’s infrastructure, and the necessity of integrated strategic planning on a locally coordinated state and federal level.
