Scott has extensive experience in planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment facilities. He has performed wastewater process evaluations ranging from meeting secondary treatment requirements to limit of technology nutrient removal requirements. His areas of expertise include enhanced nutrient removal technologies, sidestream treatment technologies, and aeration system evaluations and design.
