Roger is a Regional Manager for Hazen. He specializes in providing expertise to utilities in the planning, finance, and implementation of public infrastructure. Over the course of his career, he has led development activities for a large portfolio of projects, including water resources, water treatment, and hydroelectric. Roger has spent the majority of his career working with clients in the Denver, Colorado area.
