Mike is the corporate lead for Hazen's Civil group. He has led site/civil design and permitting for a large number of water and wastewater treatment projects in New York, North Carolina, Virginia, and Indiana using innovative stormwater design elements such as bio-retention basins, vegetated filter strips, pervious pavements, stormwater harvesting for re-use, and other Low Impact Development (LID) practices. Additionally, Mike has been a project engineer for construction administration and dam rehabilitation projects.
