Mike is Hazen’s Baltimore Operations Manager. His experience encompasses a broad range of program management, engineering, and construction management roles related to public infrastructure. Most notably, Mike has served as program manager on multiple large-scale water and wastewater programs, including the City of Baltimore's CIP Program and Sanitary Sewer Consent Decree.
