Mark has more than 35 years of experience in conceptual and final design and construction management of wastewater treatment facilities, sludge management, and sewer systems, including constructability issues. He has served as project director on numerous projects predominantly throughout the State of Pennsylvania, including on-call/task order contracts for the Lehigh County Authority and the Philadelphia Water Department. |
