John is an operational and reliability excellence practitioner with decades of facility lifecycle experience including design, construction, and operations and maintenance. He has worked for both utilities and consultants, developing and implementing effective organizational change management programs necessary to support a culture of sustainable operational excellence. In addition to his experience across the U.S., John is also internationally recognized for his leadership in strategy development, implementation, and change management approaches. He has led and continues to coach and mentor team members in the development and implementation of operations, asset management, and reliability best practices and has helped organizations win international awards.
