Jenn serves as the Operations Manager for Hazen's Los Angeles office and has over two decades of experience in water resources planning and design. She has helped agencies in California and beyond address long-term water supply reliability and stormwater quality challenges through master planning, climate adaptation and resilience planning, stormwater permit compliance, program management, policy development, and green infrastructure design. She serves as Hazen's Watershed Management lead firmwide and collaborates across practice areas to support integrated solutions tailored to the specific needs of the agencies Hazen supports.
