Holly is a client-focused professional civil/environmental engineer and project manager who has led a broad range of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. She works to incorporate resilient and sustainable practices into our engineering solutions. Holly has been instrumental in helping coastal Florida communities strengthen their infrastructure in response to sea-level rise and has authored several papers and presentations on resilient solutions to infrastructure challenges. She has managed projects of varying size, complexity, and delivery methods, including a $42 million progressive design-build project.
