Pat specializes in the planning, design, construction management, and operation of municipal water and wastewater treatment and related distribution and conveyance facilities. As the Operations Manager for the Atlanta, Georgia office, he is responsible for all local projects and ensuring proper resources are assigned to each. During his tenure with Hazen, Pat has participated in lead roles on upgrade projects totaling over $700M.
