Andrew specializes in managing complex, multi-disciplinary advanced water treatment and water reuse design initiatives. He is a seasoned process-mechanical engineer with experience across water, wastewater, and reuse treatment projects. Highlights of his tenure with Hazen include: serving as the process-mechanical design lead for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD)’s Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow (SWIFT) Research Center; process mechanical design and design coordination of a fast-track 3-mgd wastewater treatment plant created to meet strict effluent nitrogen and phosphorus limits; and the analysis and design of multiple chemical feed system upgrades for a 108-mgd water treatment plant.
