Allison is the corporate Hydropower group lead at Hazen. She has extensive civil and structural engineering experience specializing in the design and analysis of various structural systems, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber. Allison is an expert in hydraulic gate systems within the heavy industrial and hydroelectric facility sectors. As an approved FERC Part 12D Independent Consultant and ODSP Auditor, she brings a wealth of knowledge in dam safety, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
