Since 1980, Albert has participated in the management, planning, permitting, design, and construction phases of water, wastewater, and water resources projects in South Florida. As Hazen's Boca Raton Operations Manager, he served as project director for many municipal professional service contracts and been involved in all project phases. Albert has also been a technical member on many committees including the Governor’s Commission for a Sustainable South Florida and as Chair of the AWWA Groundwater Committee. |
