Robert Reach Named Corporate Program Management/Construction Management Practice Group Leader

(DALLAS, TX – October 17, 2012) – Hazen and Sawyer announced today the appointment of Robert Reach, P.E. as Corporate Program Management/Construction Management Practice Group Leader. In addition to his duties as Practice Group Leader, he will assist in developing the firm’s practice in new geographies and technical areas.

Reach brings over 35 years of water-related engineering and program management experience to his new role at Hazen and Sawyer. Reach has directed large-scale programs and departments, including serving as Program Manager and Director of Operations for a $62 billion capital improvement program in Tripoli, Libya to develop major housing projects, highways, and utilities. The program included 94 wastewater treatment plants, water and sewer pipelines, major drainage system improvements, and large capacity pump stations.

Reach, who has B.S. and Master of Engineering Degrees in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is a former President of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Council of Engineering Companies and is a member of the Texas Water Conservation Association, American Water Works Association and Water Environment Federation. He will be based in Hazen and Sawyer’s Dallas (TX) office.
