Autodesk University Hazen and Sawyer Presentation

Autodesk University draws approximately 10,000 people annually.

(NEW YORK, NY – December 2, 2011) – Autodesk University – an annual software conference – featured a presentation from a speaker from Hazen and Sawyer. Phil Nower delivered a hands-on lab titled “Piping Workflow for AutoCAD MEP Piping. This is the fourth consecutive year the conference has featured a speaker from Hazen and Sawyer. The event is sponsored by Autodesk and draws approximately 10,000 people annually.

Previous contributions to the conference from Hazen and Sawyer have included presenting on 3D Projects, 3D Modeling, and Developing a 3D BIM Project Template, as well as participating in and leading discussion groups.

Autodesk University receives 3,000 to 3,500 presentation proposals annually, from which only 250 proposals are accepted. The conference focuses on innovative use of Autodesk products that covers animation software for movies, medical applications and AEC “Architectural, Engineering, Construction” software. The event is a wide range of informal discussion groups, lectures and hands on labs.
