Site/Stormwater Engineer

Location: Nashville, TN Office

Candidate must have 5 – 10 years of experience in the management, design, permitting, and construction oversight of Site/Civil/Stormwater projects. Specific experience in water resources, stormwater and the site/civil design for water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance projects desired.

Experience in the design and regulatory permitting of site plans, drainage studies, stormwater collection systems, Best Management and LID practices, and erosion control for construction is required. Candidate should be a Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee, Ohio or Kentucky with the ability to obtain licensure in other states.

Technical proficiency in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015 is required, with further experience in the use of Revit/BIM, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Hyrdraflow or BOSS, and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking desired. Familiarity with site survey requirements, floodplain analysis, shop drawing review, and field construction QA/QC is required.

Candidate should be able to effectively and proactively coordinate with various disciplines (Process Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, etc.) and other offices/regions to ensure site design incorporates all requirements of design. Experience with preliminary site planning and layout coordination of plant sites with other disciplines is beneficial. Position will be located in Nashville, TN, Cincinnati, OH or Louisville, KY. Local and regional travel required on occasional basis.
